This is typically booked 4-6 months before the wedding (though we can start sooner!) and is perfect for couples who have most of their vendors secured but want expert guidance in the final stretch. We step in to ensure nothing is overlooked—reviewing everything you’ve booked, guiding you through final decisions and vendor meetings, creating timelines, attending and directing the rehearsal, and of course, being there all day for the wedding to execute everything flawlessly!

Bringing us in early (we’re talking before you even have a wedding date) allows us to help you understand what is or isn't feasible for a certain guest count at a certain budget. Knowing this can help you tailor the wedding to something that fits in your budget while still getting everything you want! Hiring a planner early also ensures you have a stress-free engagement and can truly enjoy being engaged.
